Most of these files are Adobe PDF documents. Documents marked with [CF] are computer fillable - you can fill in the form online and print the form. Documents marked with [CFS] are computer fillable by the Adobe Reader and can be saved.
Attention Mac users, although Preview does a good job of quickly displaying PDF documents, it does have problems with PDF documents containing forms. Use the Adobe Reader to view and fill in these forms.
