A new version of the AKC Agility entry form has been posted in the downloads section. This version implements the new jump height card rules that go into effect on 1/1/10.
The entry form is in an Adobe PDF format that can be SAVED with your default form data. You can fill in and save your default information for each dog and then just insert the club name, the dates and classes entered and the fees and print.
This form is designed to be filled in by computer only. The levels (Novice, Open, etc.) and jump heights are implemented as drop down menus.
